Rise - Our Journey Forward

Rise: Atonement’s Fall Stewardship Emphasis

As we look to the future, we’re invited to RISE—because “the light of the glory of the Lord has risen upon us” (Isaiah 60). With the pandemic behind us and new energy emerging in worship, attendance, and giving, Atonement is ready to embrace the opportunities ahead. This season of stewardship connects directly to our strategic planning and the development of our 2026 Ministry Plan.

Our focus is on four key areas that help us live out our mission:
Worship: Experiencing the Good New
Connection: Building Strong Relationships
Discipleship: Growing in Faith and Action
Generosity: Responding to God’s Call

Throughout the fall, we’ll explore what it means to RISE through sermons, stories, and shared celebrations—culminating in our Grace and Gratitude BBQ on Saturday, November 8. Together, we’ll consider how God has blessed our lives and how we can support Atonement’s ongoing ministry through the General Fund and the Atonement Foundation.
Now is the time to rise to the opportunities before us, trusting that the Holy Spirit guides and strengthens us for the work ahead.

Faith Response Card

As we look ahead to 2026, we invite you to prayerfully consider your financial commitment to Atonement’s ministry. You may fill out a digital Faith Response Card online or place a completed paper card in the offering plate the weekend of November 9, 2025. Your response helps Atonement plan faithfully and responsibly for the year ahead.

Share YOUR Story

As part of our journey to RISE, we provided an opportunity for you to share YOUR story of how Atonement has changed your life, and how you have seen Atonement have an impact on the lives of those beyond our walls.
Use the buttons below to view stories that have been shared by our congregation, or you may still share your own story.

Stewardship Temple Talks

As part of our fall stewardship emphasis, we have shared a series of temple talks during worship. They invited us to reflect on how God is calling Atonement to RISE in faith, generosity, and service. If you missed a talk—or would like to watch it again—you can view it below or on our YouTube channel.
